All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, if we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to the artisan nature of our produce.

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and payment processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where:

• A product is out of stock or no longer available.
• We are unable to verify your payment details.
• We suspect fraudulent activity.
• An error in pricing or product description has occurred.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store your payment card details.

Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are displayed at checkout and on our Delivery & Returns page.

Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, postal strikes, or carrier delays.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation:

• Perishable goods (fresh produce, chilled or frozen items) that deteriorate rapidly.
• Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Customised or personalised gift hampers made to your specification.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Gourmet Dried Ltd or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
