Standard UK Delivery: Delivered by DHL or Royal Mail Tracked 48. Signature may be required for orders over £100.
Express UK Delivery: Order before 1pm for next working day dispatch. Delivered by DHL Express.
Saturday Delivery: Available for mainland UK only. Not available for Scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland.
Click & Collect: Orders ready within 2 working days. Collection hours: Mon–Sat 10am–6pm.
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Perishable items are available for UK delivery only.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 14-day returns policy on all non-perishable items. For perishable goods that arrive damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will email you a prepaid returns label within one working day. For perishable items, we may ask for photographic evidence rather than a physical return.
Repack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. Drop it at any Post Office or DHL ServicePoint. Please retain your proof of postage.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Perishable Items
Products marked as perishable (fresh truffles, certain cheeses, fresh pasta) are dispatched Monday–Wednesday only to ensure they do not spend a weekend in transit. These items cannot be returned; please contact us within 48 hours if there is a quality issue.
Gift Orders
If you are sending a gift directly to a recipient, please ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. Gift recipients may return items within 14 days; the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before opening fully, and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please check your dispatch confirmation email — occasionally items are dispatched in separate parcels. If an item is confirmed missing, contact us and we will dispatch a replacement within 2 working days.
